Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The following items are non-returnable, unless received in damaged or defective condition:

To initiate a return:
Log in to your LogizoMart account
Go to My Orders
Select the item and click Request Return
Provide the reason and upload images (if required)
Once approved, our pickup partner or seller will arrange collection, or you may be asked to self-ship the product.
Returned products must:
Be unused and in original condition
Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
Not show signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery
LogizoMart reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet.
In cases of damaged or defective products, users may opt for:

Replacement timelines may vary depending on product and location.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
Return shipping charges may be borne by LogizoMart or the seller if the return is due to an error or defect.
In all other cases, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Some products may be governed by seller-specific return and refund terms. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page and shall take precedence.
LogizoMart acts as a marketplace platform and shall not be held liable for disputes arising between buyers and sellers beyond facilitation as per applicable laws.
