At LogizoMart, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products can be returned and refunds may be issued.

By making a purchase on LogizoMart, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return if:

  • It is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery

  • It is incorrect or different from the item ordered

  • It is missing parts or accessories

Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable, unless received in damaged or defective condition:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your LogizoMart account

  2. Go to My Orders

  3. Select the item and click Request Return

  4. Provide the reason and upload images (if required)

Once approved, our pickup partner or seller will arrange collection, or you may be asked to self-ship the product.


4. Conditions for Return Approval

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Not show signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery

LogizoMart reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet.


6. Replacement Policy

In cases of damaged or defective products, users may opt for:

  • Replacement (subject to availability), or

  • Refund

Replacement timelines may vary depending on product and location.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.


8. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by LogizoMart or the seller if the return is due to an error or defect.

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.


9. Seller-Specific Policies

Some products may be governed by seller-specific return and refund terms. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page and shall take precedence.


10. Limitation of Liability

LogizoMart acts as a marketplace platform and shall not be held liable for disputes arising between buyers and sellers beyond facilitation as per applicable laws.
